Some say beliefs are something written deep in the soul. I don’t. Do you know why I don’t think that? It’s because I have seen many clients with beliefs that are so unnecessary. Painful, unrelenting hurtful beliefs. Clinging onto them with white-knuckled fists while they just suffer. No thanks.

It’s a time to pause, reflect and celebrate for Craig and I (ok for me, he’s not too keen on the pausing and reflecting…although he can still recite his vows from memory…lets just say there have been many pop quizzes throughout the years!)

That’s me in kindergarten (mom trimmed my bangs!). Ah, to be five years old (luckily we lived next to an orthodontist!) I loved being five. I loved kindergarten, and my kindergarten teacher Mrs. Van. That happy little girl is still in my heart. Plenty awkward, loves to laugh. Open, interested, innocent and fearless.

Do you spend time doing things you’d rather not do because you just couldn’t say no?

I think about you a lot. Seems weird I know. Some of you I know pretty well, my tribe. Some of you I know a bit, and others are new to me, I am so happy you are here.

Self-confidence can be elusive, did you know that? It’s not the same thing as regular old confidence, oh heck no! Self- confidence can be a tricky dance partner!

Have you ever waited for the right time? To get married, have children, go back to school, change jobs, retire, get a divorce, change careers, write the book, buy the house, take the vacation, you get the idea. I always thought there was a right time for things.

I’m glad you are back. Last month I focussed on Inspiration as our theme. I explored inspirational quotes, your word for 2022, direction, optimism and permission.

Are you a ruler follower? Or do you consider yourself more of a maverick? Better to ask for forgiveness than permission? Can you be both at times? How you see yourself in this regard can determine a lot down the road, am I right?

We’ve all heard the term “rose colored glasses” right? It refers to one who tends to see the world in a favorable hue.

This month we talk of inspiration. Where do you go for inspiration.? A wise friend, mentor, prayer, spouse, poetry, or sunrise?

Unstuck is the opposite of stuck. Not to be confused with unglued mind you, which isn’t pretty and not optimal (oh, like I”M the only one who can relate? C’mon!)

Life can be hard, You already know that. Some things are degrees of hard. What one person finds intolerable another might find a mere inconvenience. There’s a resilience factor at play.
